Our Mission

A Structured & Democratic Framework for Collective Action

The Haitian people are characterized by exceptional resilience. With nearly a third of citizens living abroad, the diaspora's potential is immense. The Global Haitian Diaspora Sector (GHDS) exists to provide a structured, inclusive, and democratic framework to harness this power.

We actively represent the diaspora in public institutions, design development projects focusing on co-development, and aggressively advocate for the civil and political rights of Haitians living abroad.

Our comprehensive framework to empower and mobilize the diaspora through targeted initiatives, media reach, and strategic investments.

Global Media Channels

Launching a dedicated GHDS YouTube Channel, Global Online Radio, and Television Station to inform, educate, and unite the diaspora. These platforms will share success stories, investment updates, and cultural programming worldwide.

"Dimanch Diaspora"

Establishing impactful monthly forums and discussion panels. These critical sessions are designed to keep members informed, deeply engaged, and continuously developing their organizational capacity regarding Haitian affairs.

Targeted Investment

Facilitating major financial mobilization, including the goal of establishing a $100 million Diaspora Investment Fund. We target fundraising specifically to support health, education, agriculture, and infrastructure projects in Haiti.
